It isn't really as simple as wolf described. But then again, nothing ever is. One of the things that a woman would need is the ability to go out and wander. If you're stuck in one room then you won't be able to grasp ideas out of thin air. You need to "go fishing".  Another thing that you would need is a person to either input ideas or to see if your ideas are good too. You Need at least a little of  education. I think thats about everything. Yeah.
