:)

I prepare my mind to focus on the text. Then after I read the text over a few times I think about what terms i want to talk about and use. I brainstorm how I want to layout my paper to how i want it to go. Then When it comes to my thesis I think about what Ms. Noonan told us about the "WOW". That really helps. Then i re read the paper i wrote to figure out any grammatical errors i can fix. What I usually have problems with is explaining my point in the paper. I know how i want things to play out then when i start writing it doesnt turn out how i want. Another problem would be connecting the text to the question we are suppose to answer.

  1. I agree with you that sometimes when we write we do not connect to the question we are suppose to answer.

  2. Yeah... I never proof read. I only look for mispellings. And I only read twice and then read through once more as i'm writing the paper so I can find quotes to use.

  3. I never thought about using that WOW thing when it came down to writing my thesis. I think next time I shall use it next time I do any of my essays. And I also agree with connecting the text ti the question, its hard at times.
